
The recipes, created by food stylist Karen Elizabeth Watts, were
tested using the recipe for Basic Pimento Cheese. You can also use your
favorite store-bought pimento cheese.
BASIC PIMENTO CHEESE
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (Duke’s or any extra-heavy mayo; this means no low-fat)
